Lotteries, raffles and prize draws, run properly
Your organisation runs its own lottery and draws. Prastix gives your team the tools to do it well, with safeguards built in and a record of every step.
Your lottery, administered by you
Everything a weekly society lottery needs, from the first sign-up to the reports you send after each draw.
- Products and subscriptions
- Set up your lottery’s products, prices and draw days. Supporters subscribe by Direct Debit or card, for one entry or several.
- Entries and numbers
- Each entry gets its number, and supporters see their numbers and entry history in their account.
- Entry freeze
- Entries close at your cut-off, so every draw runs on a fixed list that can’t change underneath it.
- Draws
- Your authorised staff run each draw. Nobody can run one without the right role.
- Winner checks
- Winners are checked against eligibility, payments and exclusions before any prize is paid.
- Results
- Published to your website, members area, app and wallet passes, and sent to supporters’ inboxes.
- Payments that add up
- An entry only counts once its payment is confirmed, and the books are reconciled against your provider every day.
- Reports and exports
- Entries, income and prizes for each draw, ready for your own records and your returns.
One draw engine for every draw
Every lottery draw, raffle and prize draw on Prastix uses the same draw service.
- Cryptographically secure, and independently assessed before use
- A full record of who authorised the draw, the entries it used and what it produced
- AI never selects a winner
- The same rules every time, whichever module started the draw
Raffles, prize draws and competitions
These are treated differently in law, so each campaign is classified before it opens. Only the entry, payment and winner workflows that fit its type are then available.
-
Raffles
Tickets sold for a chance to win, at an event or online, with numbered tickets and a recorded draw.
-
Prize draws
Draws with a free way to enter, so the entry and payment rules are set up to match.
-
Competitions
Where winning depends on skill or knowledge, with answers checked before winners are chosen.
How a campaign is classified is your organisation’s decision, on your own advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Safeguards that apply everywhere
Protections are enforced by the platform itself, so they hold on every route a supporter or staff member might take.
- Age checks
- Checked before any entry is accepted, on your website, in your members area and on paper through Kiply.
- Self-exclusion
- Supporters can exclude themselves without contacting staff, and it applies across every product you run.
- Limits
- Supporters can set their own limits, and the platform refuses entries that would go over them.
- No buying in the app
- Your app shows entries and results, but entries can’t be bought or started from it.
- No way round
- Staff can’t lift a restriction by using a different screen. Every route goes through the same checks.
- A record of it all
- Exclusions, limits and checks are logged, so you can show how each one was applied.
Games just for fun
A reason for supporters to come back between draws.
Sudoku, word puzzles, quizzes, memory games, scratch reveals and spot the difference, in your colours on your website. There are no entry fees, no paid attempts and no prizes, so they stay clearly separate from your lottery.
Every game is built to the same accessibility standard as the rest of your site. Timed games offer more time, and visual games have a non-visual alternative.

Who’s responsible for what
Your organisation is the promoter. You hold the registration or licence your lottery needs, which may come from your local authority or the Gambling Commission depending on its size, and you authorise each draw.
Prastix provides the software and runs it for you under contract. Before regulated modules are switched on, we verify your organisation, its responsible officers and its bank details, and we agree in writing who does what.
