JourneyCheck
Before any change reaches your supporters, JourneyCheck runs the journeys they rely on, from signing up to paying to finding a result, and keeps the evidence.
What it checks
- Supporter journeys
- Automated browser and API journeys through the things that matter: registering, signing in, paying, entering and checking results.
- Accessibility
- Automated checks on every release, with manual keyboard and screen reader testing where software can’t decide.
- Performance
- Mobile performance measured with Lighthouse, so slow pages are caught before your supporters notice them.
- Security
- Security tests alongside the functional ones, with findings tracked as cases until they’re fixed and retested.
- AI behaviour
- Whether AI answers stay grounded in your approved content and never surface another organisation’s data.
From test results to release decisions
A change moves from development to testing to the live platform as the same build. At each step JourneyCheck records what was tested, where, with what result and who approved it.
A critical failure stops the release. Exceptions have to be justified, approved and time-limited, and legal safeguards can’t be waived at all.
Evidence, not certainty. A passing test, an evidenced control and a legal reviewer’s approval are three different things. JourneyCheck keeps them separate and never presents a test score as proof of compliance.
Included with every Prastix plan
JourneyCheck is part of the platform core, so every organisation on Prastix benefits from it.
