Kiply turns paper forms into checked records
Scan a batch of sign-up forms, mandates or entry slips. Kiply reads them, flags what it isn’t sure about, and a person checks every result before anything is saved.
How it works
- Scan or uploadKiply separates the batch into documents, straightens and cleans the images, and reads any barcodes.
- ReadIt recognises the form, then reads printed and handwritten fields, giving each value a confidence score.
- CheckFormats, required fields, consistency and duplicates are checked automatically.
- ReviewA reviewer sees the original image next to each value, corrects anything uncertain and approves or rejects it.
- SaveApproved records go into your supporter records, with every field traceable back to the page it came from.
Careful with sensitive paperwork
- People decide
- Kiply suggests; reviewers approve. Nothing becomes a supporter record without a person’s decision.
- Runs in the UK
- Document reading and AI run on our own UK servers. Your documents aren’t sent to an outside AI provider.
- Traceable
- Every field records its source page, the software version that read it, any corrections and who approved it.
- Minimal
- Strict access rules, only the fields you need, and deletion on the schedule you set.
Still processing forms by hand?
